"PROOSIS Labor Solutions", incorporated by company “PROOSIS YACHTING limited partnership company” which is based in n. 152, Dimokratias Av. – Keratsini – Piraeus – Greece (hereinafter for short “P.L.S.”) and is legally represented, is the exclusive and legal owner of the internet address (domain name) under “www.proosislabor.gr”, from which operates its website on the internet, according to the conditions described below. The visitor/user of the services of this website www.proosislabor.gr understands and accepts all the pages/services provided by the website, while “P.L.S.” hereby disclaims any liability related to the limited duration, deletion, poor performance or inability to electronically store any user data and/or any content of personal pages/services. "P.L.S." is committed to ensuring the privacy of website users while asking each visitor/user to accept the use of Cookies when visiting the website.

The website www.proosislabor.gr has an informative and promotional nature with the aim of attracting interested foreigners from third countries to work in Greece – interested employees for workers outside Greece and is not responsible for any form of damage suffered by the user of the pages either through its services, options and contents or through the services, options and content of third parties advertised on the website, as he acknowledges and accepts that he makes use of them on his own initiative.
Their contents are provided in full harmony with the written provisions of the Greek Legislation as they are posted on the official websites of the competent national Ministries of Labor and Social Security, Foreign Affairs and Citizen Protection, without any guarantee expressed or implied in any way.
The website does not guarantee that the pages, services, options and contents will be provided without interruption, error-free and that errors will be corrected. Also, do not guarantee that the site or the servers through which they are made available to users/members, do not contain "viruses" or other harmful components. The website does not under any circumstances guarantee the correctness, completeness or availability of the contents, pages, services, options or their results. The cost of possible corrections or services is borne by the visitor/user and in no case by this website and the Company that manages it or commercially exploits it.
In case of malfunction or temporary non-functioning of the systems and network of www.proosislabor.gr, it is expressly agreed that no responsibility will be borne by it for the restoration of any potential positive or cumulative damage suffered by the user/visitor as a result. In the above case, it is agreed that “P.L.S.” is entitled, in order to avoid the risk of misleading its users, to notify the respective user/visitor in writing and at the same time proceed with the temporary interruption of the service provided to him, until the damage is repaired. Article 5 - User Submitted Content
The website www.proosislabor.gr gives users the option to post their own content when submitting applications, where provided, or when communicating in any way. However, "P.L.S." reserves the right to control such content and prevent the publication of material that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, offensive, obscene, scandalous, extortionate, or anything else that could be considered illegal, give rise to legal liability or otherwise violate the law.
In the event that content such as the above comes to the attention of "P.L.S.", then it is entitled to remove it / not publish it without notice or any other wording.
Users for their part acknowledge the right of "P.L.S." to check and approve the material they submit before it is published on the website. "P.L.S." has the right (but not the obligation) to review, approve, reject or delete content that users submit to the website and these decisions are subject to no review process.
Also, "P.L.S." reserves the right to delete or refuse to publish content that violates rights of use, trademarks, commercial contracts or any other intellectual right of (natural or legal) persons as well as material that infringes personally data.
Each user who posts content declare and unconditionally accept that:

Article 6 - Rights to Use the Content
The content submitted and published by the users remains their property and at the same time they grant to “P.L.S.” the right to an unlimited, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly display and exploit the content at any time and with any way electronic or paper, which does not violate their moral right.
Article 7 – Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by Greek Law, by the applicable European Union legislation and by International Treaties and are interpreted in accordance with the rules of good faith, commercial ethics and the social and economic purpose of the right. In addition, it is hereby expressly stipulated that in the event that any action, claim, or other legal claim or administrative proceeding is brought against the Company owner of the site and arises from the violation by the respective user of any kind of third party rights, the user as, on the one hand, intervenes in the judicial or administrative procedure and, on the other hand, fully compensates the beneficiary Company, in the event that the latter is obliged to pay compensation or any other expense due to the fault of the user.
Competent Courts for the resolution of any dispute that may arise between the contracting parties regarding the interpretation or execution of the Terms of Use, are those of Athens.
